Inspection and Maintenance Program

Regular and thorough inspections every 3 months.

  1. You are invited as the owner to routine inspections and if you are unable to attend personally a comprehensive report will be forwarded to you.
  2. Routine inspection reports with photos and detailed reports provided.
  3. Scheduled drive bys of your property to ensure gardens / car parking requirements are being maintained in between routine inspections.

Timely advice prior to lease expiry or other critical dates in your property cycle.

Ongoing support within our Maintenance Program includes but not limited to:

  • Licensed termite and pest inspections
  • Smoke alarm installation and maintenance
  • Annual garden tidy ups (as required)
  • Budgeting and payment of your Body Corporate, Insurance or Rates as directed.
  • Energy efficiency
